 the Bremont ALT1-Z. The style, size and weight of the watch are just perfect and I like the blend of modern and retro design. There are three choices of dial, cream, black and grey. I choose grey because the contrast of the cream with the dark strap was too much and I did not want a black dial.

 I have worn the watch for a couple of days now and I believe I made the right decision. The only negative point is the metal security clasp which can dig into your wrist on occasion.

The history of the company is well worth the read and they recently won the best emerging British luxury brand for 2008.

My finally piece of advice…haggle! With the current credit crunch and the drop in VAT retailers are keen on doing deals, I managed a 10% reduction.
