Precista watches were first sold by a company called Southerns in England, certainly from the 1950s (maybe earlier) until they went
bankrupt and were bought by Apollo Straps in 1997. Nobody in the new company was interested in carrying on the Precista brand, so it registered as a trademark in 2002 by Eddie at Timefactors
